Have you heard of Der Mörder Dimitri Karamasoff?

I haven't been able to track it down, but from what I hear it's a sadly overlooked masterwork.

Bernard Herrmann was a great admirer of its score, singling it out as the “first great realization of the dream of melodrama. Rathaus treated for the first time the music of a film as an integral part of the whole, not as decoration.”

You might consider adding this to your list.
